6 Ways to Naturally Remove Crayon Marks

If you have little ones at home then chances are you also have crayons. Crayons are a wonderful tool for children to use. All they need is some paper to go with their crayons and then they will keep busy for some time. However they may actually decide to skip the paper altogether and turn to the walls to let their colors run wild.
It is great whenever children use their imagination to become creative and expressive. Crayon marks however can be tricky to remove from the wall. Luckily there are some methods that may easily work to remove the marks. These methods are all made up of natural ingredients.
Pencil eraser – Rub over the crayons in a circular motion. Afterward wipe the area with a clean damp cloth.
Regular white toothpaste (not gel) – Squirt a dab of toothpaste on the wall and using a using a scrub brush start scrubbing. The fine abrasive in the toothpaste will rub away the crayon. Rinse the area with water.
Baking soda – Form a paste with some water and gently rub over the marks. Wipe with a clean damp cloth.
Mayonnaise – Rub some mayonnaise over the marks and leave it for several minutes. Wipe off with a clean cloth.
Lemon essential oil – Place a few drops over the crayon marks and then rub gently with a clean cloth.
Steel wool – Using a small piece of steel wool slowly and gently  wipe in one direction over the crayon marks being careful not to scratch or tear the surface.
