Super Moist Brownies Recipe

I was recently in need of a large sized brownie recipe from what I would normally whip up. I had some eggs that also needed to be used up. So using my brownie recipe for two as a guide I was able to make some minor modifications.

The brownies came out thicker than my original brownie recipe for two however they still had the same moist texture. I will definitely be using this recipe again whenever I need enough to share within a crowd. These are perfect for whipping up during the holidays or gatherings. The adults loved them and the kiddies of course loved them even more.

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 large eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
2. Over low flame melt butter.
3. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and beat with a spoon after each one is added.
4. Add cocoa. Beat until well blended. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat well.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies start to move away from the sides of the pan. Do not over bake.
6. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
