Towels Don't Want To Play Hooky

I had recently purchased these beautiful cotton hand towels for just $1.99 when I was in my home country for a visit with my parents. The only downfall was they would not stay on the hook. After struggling with it for some time I thought why not just add a little ribbon loop. So I did just that!!!

Here is a neat and simple little way to hang your towels on a hook.

Baby Peek-A-Boo Board

I just finished this project for my son. It is very easy to make and cost almost nothing. All I used was things that would normally be thrown in the household garbage and things that I already had. No spending required.
My son loves his new board and will peek-a-boo over and over again.
Below I have the instructions on how to make this board as well as a list of the materials needed.

Easy Vanilla Custard Recipe

Yesterday afternoon hubby and I decided that it was now time to introduce custard to our 10 month old son.  I went checking out various recipes but was not satisfied enough with any of them to give them a try. There was either too many eggs, too much sugar or just many extra additives that I could not be happy with.
So I thought it over for awhile and thought this can't be too complicated a dish to simplify. Well I came up with this result. My husband liked it, I liked it and most importantly our son liked it.

Here is the recipe. I have included pictures below of what ours looked like.

I like my coffee with some fresh milk and half a teaspoon of sugar. I always insist that my coffee be steaming hot although for some reason I rarely ever finish until it is just starting to get cold.
