Shake and Discover Bottle

Shake and Discover Bottle

Here is a simple and fun craft for mommy and baby to do together. The result is a homemade toy that will keep baby busy for moments at a time. Can't go wrong with that. My son is 13 months old and loves this!!!

What you will need:
- Clear empty plastic bottle with cap
- Water

Additionally include some of the following:
- buttons
- sequins
- ribbon pieces
- pieces of cut up plastic
- small pieces of material
- glitter

* Basically anything that will float in water.
Get creative and have some fun with your baby.

How to assemble:
Place all objects in the bottle.
Fill with water and place cap tightly.
You can use heat glue to seal the cap if you wish.

Shake and Discover Bottle

Enjoy!

Awesome! Might I suggest adding a little oil in there with a little food color? A friend of mine did it for her son that way and it looks amazing. :)

What a great way to recycle and make a great activity at the same time! I was thinking the same thing about the food color, food coloring and oil would make it move around the bottle and look really neat :)

I seem to be getting more obsessed with recycling. Well at least it doesn't cost me any extra money. :)
