Simple Banana Bread


Here is a very simple recipe for moist and tasty banana bread. 
Enjoy a slice of this with a cup of tea or coffee!!!


Ingredients:

3 medium size very ripe bananas
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt




Method:

Mash bananas in bowl. Set aside.

In mixing bowl add the butter and brown sugar. Mix until butter is blended in well. 

Add the eggs one at a time. Mix well.

Add vanilla. Mix.

Next pour in the mashed bananas. Mix.

Gradually add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together mixing at the same time. Mix well.

Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake on 350 (180) for approximately 55 to 60 minutes. Use a toothpick to check loaf about 50 minutes baking. 

Remove from pan and place on plate. Allow loaf to cool a little before cutting.

    1. It is one of the better recipes I have tried. I have been adjusting ingredients as I go. First time I tried it was much too dry. This one is moist and delicious :)
